"I’ve been with Nick’s agency for almost two years now and I couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received. Aron got me started after I was getting the runaround from other companies, and the whole process was smooth and easy. What really sets this agency apart is the team. Nick isn’t just the name on the door, he’s clearly hands on and genuinely cares about both his clients and his team and it shows in how the managers, Ruvi and James, operate. James personally reached out to offer a full review of my policy at renewal, which I really appreciated. It showed that they’re proactive and invested in making sure I have the right coverage. Ruvi in particular has been incredible to work with. She’s always on top of my account, super responsive, and made the entire claims process so much less stressful by walking me through everything and staying in contact throughout. "I’m new to State Farm—I recently made the switch from USAA because their rates were getting a little out of control. So far, I’ve been really happy with State Farm. Their rates are much more reasonable, and the transition was smooth and stress-free. I was able to bundle my auto, property, and camper insurance, which made things super convenient. The customer service has been excellent—everyone I’ve spoken with has been friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. I’m giving it four stars only because I’ve only been a customer for a few weeks, but if things keep going this way, I wouldn’t hesitate to bump it up to five."

"Long time customer of this office. Recently switched to another carrier due to getting a better price. The corporate State Farm dragged their feet on my cancellation, charged me for an additional month,l even though my policy was cancelled prior and then refused to refund my money. Made in call to the Nick's office and spoke with Terhesa. She was very friendly and was able to resolve my issues and get my money refunded same day even. Her customer service was outstanding especially seeing as I was no longer a customer. It State Farm lowers their rates I will absolutely be returning to this office for my insurance needs."

"I bought a car yesterday, and, of course, the next step is insurance…Terhesa made it completely easy to add the car to my policy! Couple of questions and, boom!, it was done! "Terrible office I've tried to switch insurance on so many occasions. My monthly bill is never consistent and they can't even explain it for me when I call to ask. And that's even if they answer the phone. I'm lucky if the awnser on the 3rd or 4th time. They will never call you back either so good luck with that. They also started a claim against my home owners insurance even though I didn't try and start one and never even claimed anything. I only called for questions I had and they started a claim, because of that I can't switch insurances because other companies won't insure my house because of that. Also, in the last 4 years my home owners insurance has more then doubled with no reason or explanation. In my years past with other companies I've always felt like they were a help and on my side and now I feel like I'm just being scammed out of everything."

"I have been with state farm for 20+ years between 2 agents transferred to Nick from another agent years ago. I haven't had any issues until very recently. Issue 1 I had to make a claim on one of my vehicles and after making the claim was essentially ghosted until I went into the office. The second I was adding my son and was told one price and then a month later it was almost double. While adding him I went into the office and signed everything then was sent a text they needed something signed and to call them. I had already signed the document when in the office and once I told them that they found the signed document. This is slightly terrifying as insurance agencies have a lot of information that should be protected and not mishandled. The only reason this is 3 stars instead of 1 is because of the long history of no issues but the recent issues need to be addressed."

"I've been with State Farm, Nick Fransioli, Agent, for many years. Most without incident. However, l purchased a newer vehicle on Jan 1, 2025. I called State Farm to get a quote and was pleased with it. I was charged $60 more a month for the next 5 months. I called to get to the bottom of it but rec'd conflicting info from Nick and his staff. Nick told me I had to pay a full month of insurance on the new car even tho it was purchased on the 13th because "that's the way it is." There's more to this but I decided to go elsewhere as a result of 3 weeks of stress trying to resolve this issue particularly, Nick Fransioli's practice of giving wrong information and he and many of his staff treating me like I and my business don't matter. I stood my ground as should you."
