"I received a bill for my Colorado homeowners policy on July 9th 2026 for a LARGE amount of money. I noticed that State Farm did not give me a multi line discount for having another house, 2 autos, and an umbrella policy with State Farm. This happened last year, and to their credit, the amount was adjusted within a month. It has been over 6 weeks now and on the State Farm website, the invoice amount has not been adjusted. I have called my agent, Nick Fransioli, at least 3 times and have been told that it is being worked on. My payment is due in 2 weeks. The agent I spoke with yesterday (not Nick) told me that we got the discounted amount in their (local) system. She sent me the Declarations Page still showing me the high dollar amount and said in an email what my new premium was - which happened to be EXACTLY the same as last year which leads me to believe that she doesn't really know what my updated premium is (if it even has been updated). Needless to say, this is VERY frustrating for me. I am concerned that the payment is being made to State Farm, not the local agent, and that since the amount being showed on my online account is different than what she told me, that State Farm will not recognize the lower premium and that I will be penalized."

"I have been very disappointed with my experience with State Farm. After a minor parking lot accident on March 17, 2026, at the Colorado Springs Airport, our vehicle only appeared to have a small scratch with no visible dents or significant damage. We were surprised to learn that State Farm paid approximately $3,700 on the other driver's claim, even though we believe the other driver was improperly parked and should have been found at fault.
To make matters worse, our insurance premium increased by $57 per month. As loyal policyholders, we do not feel we were treated fairly or that our concerns were taken seriously. We expected better communication and a more thorough evaluation of the claim. Unfortunately, this experience has caused us to lose confidence in State Farm."
